Email Support Between Sessions


Program offers email support to coachees as needed between sessions, ensuring continuous guidance and assistance throughout their journey.

How Do I Schedule My Child's Coaching Sessions?

Upon receiving of your "Pre-Intake Form" and further approval, you'll receive a link for payment and further instructions on how to book a date and time for your child's official intake session, as well as their future coaching sessions.


How Are The Session Conducted?

All the coaching sessions are conducted via Zoom in intervals of 45 minutes each, and during scheduled days and times that work best for the child and the coach.


Can Parents Be Present During Their Child's Coaching Sessions?

After the intake session, it is our policy that parents cannot be present during their child's coaching sessions. These coaching sessions are designed to create a conducive environment for focused learning and development, which can sometimes be hindered by the presence of parents. However, we do encourage open communication between parents and coaches to ensure that everyone is aligned with the child's progress and goals. If there are specific concerns or updates, we are more than happy to discuss them with parents outside of the coaching sessions.


Can I Purchase More Coaching Sessions?

Absolutely! If you find that your child could benefit from more coaching sessions, simply purchase the coaching program again and you will add 12 more weeks to their program.


What Is Your Cancelation Policy?

Our policy regarding returns and cancellations for the One-on-One Youth Resilience Coaching 12-week Program is designed to ensure commitment and consistency in our coaching process. We regret to inform that we do not offer returns or cancellations once the program has commenced. However, in the event that customers are dissatisfied with the service, only the sessions that have not yet been conducted will be eligible for a refund. We believe in the effectiveness of our program and are committed to addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the coaching journey.
